We transformed this duplex into a large 3,600 square foot main house with a huge roof-top deck and a 800 square foot guest house.
We used wood as the connecting element between the rooms and floors to create a natural flow in the house. The teak decking from interior to exterior made the transitions between indoor and outdoor living spaces seamless and contrasts perfectly with the natural limestone on the tower and barbecue area.
In the guest house we purposefully created a more playful vibe, a sun-drenched happy space with vaulted ceilings and skylights, and a more casual yet contrasting color palette of blue-grey, black and white.
