The owners of this gorgeous original craftsman wanted to respect the authenticity of their home, but needed double the space for their growing family. He liked modern, she liked traditional.
We carefully balanced the trade-off between old and new, contemporary and traditional, to create a functional space that incorporated more light and higher ceilings without compromising the original charm. We successfully integrated the addition with the existing structure by creating a seamless transition between the original style and a more contemporary take on Craftsman. We are truly proud of the result.
